I have not stopped laughing at this since I saw it live in SNL. The video was all over the web by Sunday, and T shirts were available online by Monday. Amazing how quickly people responded to it!
Anyone else see it? I have one buddy who didn't like it. What do you think?
Can see it here
http://www.youtube.com/watch.php?v=zLElfJ9YCh0
But it's on break.com and pretty much everywhere on the web if you look for it.

What do you guys think? Am I just nuts or is that the funniest thing on SNL in many years?

Hilarious, I'm liking Parnell more and more these days.

"Double True" and "Crazy Delicious" are now in my repertoire...

Ya know, if you can't find humor in 2 white geeks rapping hardcore about cupcakes and Narnia, you may need a tranfusion. For crying out loud, a guy is holding a box of cupcakes to display them to the camera while sporting that violently angry rapper scowl!
That's quality satire!

I guess I don't even like rap when it's being made fun of.

Meh, it was good for a cuckle or two. Considering the dreadful stuff SNL has been churning out over the last several years, this is a vast improvement.

It's not the funniest (come on, Oops I Crapped By Pants!), but it's still damn funny!

I love Chris Parnell, he's about the only life that show has left...when they brought Kenan on I knew it was gone.

Not really. I still think the skits they did for the 2000 election and recount are the best. The recent one about Morgan Stanley was pretty good. Some of their long running skits are good too. Celebrity Jeopardy anyone?

Yo!
I told y'all that the skit was dope!
The NY Times agrees! True 'dat! DOUBLE TRUE!!

Seriously though, I'm currently involved in an argument with my brother in law about whether the guys are high with the munchies or just lame guys rapping about lame things as ironic humor. At the risk of putting too much thought into the subject, how do you guys interpret it? I just don't think it's nearly as funny if they are high. It would lose its absurdity.

SNL is very hit and miss lately, but I especially like the episode with Dane Cook. Big grin
