Its 0530 on 1 January here in Perth, Australia - and already it is a nice, sunny day. Just off to the beach with the dog for an early swim. (Guess who sort-of behaved last night!)

No, still 56 minutes to go. It is freezing out here, but there will be a party at the Helipad on the surgery building (to see the fireworks). A nice way of flying into 2006!
