Let's get started talking about today's Bowl games.

Awesome start for Bama. 76 yard TD throw. Do they have the offensive mojo back?

I'm hoping for a good day for the SEC as a whole. Semi-eternally cursed to not play in the championship game as it's damn near impossible to go undefeated in such a strong conference. The only way to redeem themselves is to kick the crap out of everybody else in the bowls.

Finally, if any of the fans of the other "football" want to jump in here and bash, there's another thread just for it so please use it.

Forgot to add in a good laugh at Texas Tech's expense at http://www.2dorks.com/video/ringmybell.wmv

Alabama really needs a kicking game, then again TT isn't doing so well with theirs either.

For a change, the bowl games have generally been thrillers this year. The Bama/TT game is shaping up that way.

Auburn drops a TD early to Wisconsin. This looks like another good one. Side note, when the HOF bowl was here the Wisconsin fans were, hands down, the best we ever had in town. These guys know how to party!

I want Auburn to win but you have to love people who wear shirts with a badger flipping the bird and throw beers out the doors of their partymobiles at random people on the street. Not empties, full beers that need somebody to drink them.

Now I have to eat my words about Bama's kicking game. 46 yard FG to win with no time left. Awesome finish after nice TT comeback!

Now as for Auburn, where's their team?

Didn't see it but Wisconsin just got away with murder dodging offensive pass interference for a fact!

Was the offsides call on the onside kick reviewed?

In any case, SEC is 2-0 for the day so far but Auburn does not look good to extend the streak.

Wow!

TD by Auburn inlcuding two 4th down conversions. Tuberville has some balls and a lot of luck!

Hell of a win for the Badgers. Total domination really. I would have never thought we would hang 500 yards on that defense, and allow half of that ourself. Not many I know within the Badger community was holding out much hope for this one. Brian Calhoun had an amazing 200 yard day, and Stocco just looked great with toughness to boot. Great way to send Barry out- job well done!

In one of the other threads on bowl games someone was bragging how great the SEC was. Auburn lost, Georgia is already down 21-0 before the first beer, with Florida and Alabama winning close, I would say the SEC isn't much better than the rest of the major conferences.

If this is what you were talking about, it's not exactly bragging about how great the SEC is, it was a hope that they would do well on the day. btw, you are conveniently leaving out LSU who put a serious whipping on in their bowl game. I still can't believe that Georgia won the SEC. They weren't even the 2nd or 3rd best team in reality.

No question about it. If AU has to lose a bowl then I'm glad it's to you guys. As noted above the WI fans are the best. Maybe AL or AU will do a home and away with you guys in the next few years and we can bring the party back to Dixie.

Barry always seems to have the Badgers ready for the bowl games. Remember Wisconsin is still the only Big 10 school to win back to back Rose Bowls. Now that football season is over guess the folks in Madison are going to get behind the #1 ranked ice hockey team.

Will you watch the Cleveland Browns and the Detroit Lions on Sunday? Only if coach Eric Mangini resigned after a loss.
