Paralyze him, not in the sense of making him not walk, but cripple his life. Slash tires, talk to some women so they spread rumors etc. Blackmale is good too..
More maturely? Well, I recommend a wooden baseball bat.

Hey, I am glad that you could renew your membership, I was already shocked when I saw in Kirk's forum that you can't afford another month.
As for your question... 350 Pound Sterling is a friggin big amount of money. You should make clear that you want your money back as soon as possible, when he doesn't give you the money after a few days you should beat him up, the aforementioned baseball bat is ideal for such situations since you can also break a window in case he takes refuge in his car (I know that from a personal experience).

Patrick, yea my credit card worked for some reason. In regard to my current financial situation it's a case of anything from the bank or credit card people goes straight to my baby sister for opening which incidently destroys the letter. Oh dear, boo hoo, what a shame.

You gotta just turn up at his house suddenly and demand it back. Don't leave until you have either the 350 quid or several of his internal organs to sell on the blackmarket.

Small claims court all the way.
It's so easy - you fill in a form online and submit it with the court fee (£30-£50 depending on what you're claiming which you claim back with what you're owed). They can either then pay up straight away, dispute it at a court (which you'll win if you are definitely owed the money), or negotiate an amount out of court. If they're ordered to pay you WILL get the money, either from them directly or the courts will send the bailiffs round to recover your money.
It is so easy (we did it a few months back), you just fill in your form, sit back and wait!

I'm owed £350 by some clown that doesn't seem to want to pay up.
In the case of you, there is nothin you can do... I mean if you try the baseball bat tactics, you'll end up worse off and its not worth going through the small claims... i'd just admit that someone scammed your posh ass hole and live with it

I know that's what your parents said to you when you asked " mummy, daddy, what can I do about my face, personality and lack of friends?" but it's not applicable to me kaddy.
Quoting EZYAirbus (Reply 11): Hi its the clown here.......is this fridays stupid thread?
In a way yes but there is a whole lot of truth to it eh.
NoelG, thanks for the advice. I'll take it up with the courts then.

Please don't get kaddy confused with your own horrible childhood traumas, that's not very nice
As for the 250... going through court will probably cost more than that and probably won't be worth it. Better luck next time.

I believe Alex is aiming this accusation at me as i have recieved a text
message from him of which was not entirely pleasant.
I do not owe you any money Alex and i cannot think where you have got this
absurd idea into your head, it would be nice for you to tell everyone here
on a public forum where in fact this money/amount has been dreamt up from as i have no idea.
I would love to hear from you via this forum only where you have proof that
i owe you an amount quoted as £350.00
I do not enjoy being harassed by your text message and i certainly do not
enjoy being publically threatened with being assaulted.

certainly sounds like a nice dude... sorry you have to go through that, glenn.
