There is a huge network of tunnels in Afghanistan that he could escape to and maybe the tunnels can go to Uzbekistan, Pakistan, etc..

I read from a reputable media source (which one it was escapes me) that he may try to hide out in Somolia....hmmm....Buy one payback, get one free.

Question: What do we do with him if/when he is captured? Ben Laden is already on deaths door according to the news. Apparently he is suffering from major kidney failure, and will probably not live very long. If reports of him being sick are true, what's the point in capturing him? He will probably die before he is even brought to trail. I hope he isn't in Somalia. Those people have enough trouble already.

"not very long" is a long time to plan more attacks

Put him in a 3 by 5 igloo, surrounded by barbed wire, mines, etc, north of Nome Alaska. Feed him starvation rations, and not allow him medical treatment. Let him die on his own. Don't make a martyr out of him.

I was going to suggest putting him in Death Valley, but he's probably used to that climate.

There is no need for him to flee Afghanistan, I think. If I was him I would make my getaway and simply hide in the mountains.

Are you kidding? Tunnels from one country to another? Nonsense.

I saw it on CNN I think, these tunnels are a lot bigger than the Vietnamese had.

They use the tunnels to transport water to irrigation plots.

Remember, they don't need to go all the way to the other country.

I'm not sure what i should think of these reports.
I have to possible versions.

1: He is still in Afghanistan but the Taliban want to save their own heads regarding to a pssible military strike. So they say that they don't know where bin Laden is.

The second version but less possible, bin Laden isn't in Afghanistan, but in this case he would have gone last week. A possible new country what could provide safety
to ´bin Laden is the Iraq or the Sudan.

But I think he is still in Afghanistan hiding in the mountains and the Taliban is now recognizing that their policy is a one way road with no way out of it.

regards SQ
