Michael Jackson is facing fresh child sex-abuse allegations in a civil lawsuit.
A 20-year-old has filed complaints claiming the pop star molested him as a child, made him have cosmetic surgery and stole his ideas for songs, the man's lawyer said. The allegations relate to the period between 1987 and 1999.
Michael Mattern said: "It is alleged that my client was present at Michael Jackson's residences and other places from the age of two to 14 and was molested many times over the course of those years.
"There is also an allegation that my client came up with song ideas, lyrics and melodies which were used by Mr Jackson in his records and made an awful lot of money."
The man is also alleging that cosmetic procedures were "forced on him", Mr Mattern said. The complaint states the plaintiff was "subjected to unnecessary cosmetic surgery procedures".
"I have got photos of my client with these red lips just like you see on Mr Jackson and a big old cleft on his chin which he didn't have previously," he Mr Mattern added.
Jackson was cleared of child sex-abuse charges in June after one of the most high-profile trials in history.
The case will then be heard at Orange County Superior Court on February 14, Mr Mattern added.
The complainant was actually interviewed at length before Jackson's trial after Santa Barbara County authorities appealed for any new accusers to come forward, but no charges relating to his allegations were made.
Law-enforcement sources say that was because authorities did not believe his story would stand up in court, according to the New York Post.

The shock... the horror.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again:
allegations of said behavior, be they truthful or not, will continue to arise with this man (because he's put himself in so many positions [sic] where they can so easily do so) until he's either dead/killed, or incarcerated.
....just sad to see what was once a cute little black kid evolve into a hounded white woman

Good luck getting the little F**ker out of Bahrain anyway. How many people are suing this jerk for unpaid bills? Not to mention sexual abuse? Jacko is simply a low life scum that needs to go away...for good.

What a tragdy the life of Michael Jackson has become. A very talented and once rich person who has deep mental health problems and an offensive lifestyle. If I were him I would be going for little of Beyonce, not little boys. I am afraid that one day we will hear of him having commited suricide or maybe some one he owes money to or really forced them into kiddie sex with will kill him. I don't see a very good way out of his life.

Everyone, regardless of the crime for which they are to be tried, are absolutely innocent until they a proven guilty by a jury of peers in a manner which is as just as possible. That standard of proof, with my little add-on, MUST always be upheld, irrespective of whether it is a well-known person or not and regardless of whether it's allegations of sexual things against children or anything else. Failure to apply this essential standard will result in an injustice.

I think Michael Jackson is just very naive, mentally he's just not an adult. Personally, I don't think he would (knowingly) abuse any children... But I've not heard/seen the evidence. He's just a quite 'nice', but messed up, guy!

What is brown, bulky and in the diaper of the little 2-year old boy?
Michael Jackson's hand.
OK, OK, sick joke....
Dude, I am on MJ his side on this one... Looks like again another money-hungry person trying to have a piece of the pie (or what is left of it!). Beside of that, I just wonder what kind of parents leave their child from 2 to 14 years of age all alone with some make-up wearing man almost looking like Boy George in his spare time?
I am wondering if MJ will convert to Islam now, adopt a new name and disappear forever from the scene and live the rest of his life in the Middle East or India (or maybe even Berlin!)?

The Gloved One has pranced his weird ass over to Bahrain. He is hiding in country's that are modern day versions of Where The Boys Are. If Jacko did these things, I hope he gets his due once and for all and not buy his way out of trouble with high priced lawyers. Jacko would take a liking to jail.

Quoting ConcordeBoy (Reply 21): ...as does a nearly half-centry-old man stating on int'l television that he partakes in sleepovers with unrelated tiny tots, but "nothing inappropriate" happens.
I can't remember where I saw it but there was a funny blog about MJ saying that he would make the "Death is not an option" game really unpleasant. IE, if you had to sleep with Michael Jackson or John Madden, and death is not an option, who would you choose?
