Can anyone give me a quick walkthrough on how to put a form box on a website into which visitors can type their e-mail address, so it will automatically populate an e-mail list?

Quoting LHMARK (Reply 2): Windows. I always use the dumb stuff.
Well, that dumb stuff always gives the arrogant ones a run for their money.
I've programmed in many languages over many platforms, but when it comes to working with MS, their stuff is much more logical. It's the little bugs and quirks I don't like about Windows, but overall, I think it's one of the most efficient ways to get something done.
How are you with ASP.NET or ASP? Do you have a how-to book on either one of these? I'd imagine such an example, or something like it, would be covered in a basic ASP book.
