Samsung 913V is a good unit. Sure it's last years model, but i'm pleased with it.

I purchased mine for about $450.00 last October. It's now on sale for $320.00  banghead

Don't know about Singapore but for LCD monitors Samsung is always a good bet.

I am a fan of the ViewSonic VX924. I own it and love it. Of course though, if you truely don't have such budget, go with the Apple 20" Cinema Display  smile

Samsung SyncMaster 740Bs are great too! Got mine for Christmas and I'm 100% happy with it.

well in that case the ViewSonic wont be of use, but then I recommend Dell monitors. They are of very high quality, have pivot/height and have a "cable organiser" if you want to call it that.
