Subheading: "what single guys eat".

What are some foods or snacks that you occasionally indulge in that some people (specifically those of genders other than male) would find "unusual" or "strange"?

Most of us single guys seem to have a knack for this habit. It is especially perplexing to women, but most other guys will understand.

Anyway, here's some of what I like:

Duncan Hines chocolate cake frosting, eaten with a spoon straight from the container.

Lipton onion dip powder, eaten straight from the foil/paper pouch.

Frozen, raw hamburger

Eggo waffles topped with sour cream and boysenberry syrup

Ice cream cones without any ice cream

Lucky Charms, straight from the box

Stouffers french bread pizza, served lukewarm, with the actual cheese still frozen

Over to you guys.....

lol! I was going to ask this a couple of months back, i never got round to it..

Although i am not crazy like some people (who have the most odd stuff on sandwhiches, and mixes), but i do like my food plain.

i have sandwhiches without Margarine, i eat plain chocolate De Ruijter Sprinkles, tomato soup cold, lemon and sugar pancakes.. Undercooked pizza etc etc

I am not that insane though.

Regards

Dan

Haha weird stuff.

I like to eat pickles without actual food.

But the pickle has to be of fine quality. My favorite - Claussen Kosher Dill Spears  Big thumbs up

I have a strange fetish for orange sherbert milkshakes.
They actually taste really good. The girl who makes them for me says they're a bitch to make though.

I used to eat dirt when I was a child. I've recently read this is not uncommon for children with an iron deficiency....although I was never diagnosed as anemic.

Here at Sugar Mountain (candy store) in Toronto, you can buy insects (ants, scorpion-like creatures, centipedes and other) coated in milk chocolate. Came out after the food challenge on Survivor II in Aus!

Basically, I'm into the same stuff as Matt D. Except substitute raw hamburger for raw bacon. Only ocasionally of course.

Panam, TWA, Ansett, Eastern.......AC next? Might be good for Canada.

Well, I'm not a guy, but I always eat icing with a spoon (I have two flavors in the fridge now!) and dry cereal out of the box. And let's also not forget the oatmeal with peanut butter! Yum!

I eat cereal without milk. I have eaten (although I can't say I am up for a repeat!) locust and waterbeetles.

My wife is the wierdest. She eats mangoes and strawberries with salt and chilli.

I used to think the brain is the most fascinating part of my body. But, hey, who is telling me that?

I could start an endless list here but i will concentrate on the basics:
Strawberries with pepper is much better then with salt!
Bananas or prunes with bacon
This cheescreamstuff used for cheescake but without the cake and before baking.
And finally every kind of cake dough before baking.
And i´m adding sugar in every salad
Enjoy, Rickster  Wink/being sarcastic

I'll sometimes eat these weird foods:

Ramen noodles with a raw egg (yes, raw! And tasty!)
rice with raw egg and soy sauce mixed in for breakfast
Macaroni and cheese with barbecue sauce (Bull's Eye is the best) or HP Sauce

Raw beef, thawed, not frozen

Raw fish - tastes better than cooked fish if you ask me. (After all, the Japanese have a name for it - sashimi! Sushi is sashimi on a ball of rice)

Cereal (usually Raisin Bran) with chopped apples - without milk

As a kid, I used to eat ants. They were pretty tasty, actually. Very tangy because of the formic acid in the ants.

Coke+Sprite
Coke+Orangina (which is unpalatable w/o Coke)
Coke or Sprite with Rose's Lime juice
Coke and tonic water

coke and vanilla ice cream isn't that unusual.
