When I was in 7th grade I think it was....
During a basketball game, I sunk a half court shot at the buzzer, and got fouled also.
I got to meet Clyde Drexler one on one when I was like 7. That was one of the coolest.
Getting to start an engine on a 727 when I was 8(With PLENTY of help from the FE). That was pretty damn cool, too.
Twice so far, first was the best; 8 day live aboard over New Year's. One interesting note, over here we're used to a 5 minute spiel from the divemaster about safety, usually with nothing more important than "Don't get back on the boat with less than 500 psi. Over there, it's close to an hour and mostly involves a lot of detail on the various venomous critters you will or might see and what to do/not do. Useful info though, the only one we didn't see was the sea snakes.
For me personally, I'm hoping that being in a plane crash was once in a lifetime for me although you never know; it was the third for the pilot. Of course he had help from some gun toting Vietnamese the first two times.

I did a 143 Ft/43 m Bungee jump, dangling from my ankles off a bridge in Queenstown, NZ
I have snorkled for a few hours at the Great Barrier reef.
I have seen wild whales and many other animals in my travels.
I have seen some of the most spectacular scenery in the world.
I have traveled through many areas of the USA, Europe, NZ and parts of Australia.
Perhaps the one I would still like to have is to hit a big multi-million $$ prize in a state lottery!

For me, the ultimate once in a lifetime would be a ride in the second seat of an RAF Tornado whilst it flies low level on training round the valleys of the Lake District and Pennines!
More likely to happen, I'd love to fly and own my own para-glider.
My dream of the past was to fly trans-Atlantic on Concorde .... managed this in 1997 when I flew F-BTSC between YYZ and LHR on a charter. BA cabin crew were on strike and BA sub-contracted AF to run the charter for them .... loved it!
