This is probably aimed more at the younger members, but does anyone play any PC games, and are they good?
Does anyone have Rome: Total War?
Everyone at my college either doesn't have it, or hhas it and can't do it!!
The reason they can't do it is because its hard, and thats why I would like to speak with someone who has played it, and more to the point, has been successful in playing it?
I know this kind of thing should really be on a gaming website forum, but this is a lot easier than joining one, just to talk about one game...

Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.

Besides FS2004 I play Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 golf, and The Sims on my computer. I also had this game called Virtual Pool 3 which was a very good billiards game. It was made for Win98 and I can't find it now so I don't know if it works for WinXP.

I haven't really played computers games much lately, at least online. I don't even have many installed.
What I still have installed are
Sim City 4
Delta Force: Blackhawk Down
Janes Fleet Command
Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault
I also have Call of Duty/COD2, all of the Medal of Honor games, Enigma Rising Tide, Ghost Recon, Iron Storm, H&D 2, etc. I used to play World War II Online but alas, I was banned for telling off one of the people who runs the game. (It was worth it though and I had already planned to cancel my subscription since the direction the game was going was ruining the enjoyment.)
Right now though I just don't have enough free time to play computer games. Every moment of my life seems to be either working, reading books or writing papers.

Cool. Its amazing to see the range of games in different countries.
I know what you mean about GTA. I think I'd have to go on rehab if I played that game again.
So no one has played total war before then? Shame, for 'tis quite good.
I came. I saw. I conquered
