Someone has bought a UK numberplate and is selling it on eBay for a start price of £10,000. Do you think it will go for anymore?

I can never believe just how much money the DVLA make on personalised registrations (about £80m a year I think), or more to the point I cannot believe how daft people are who pay fortunes for really pointless plates. They flog these number/letter combos then prosecute you if you misrepresent your number plate!

Doesnt matter. Microsoft tried to sue Mike Row for setting up the site mikerowsoft.com because it was too close to MS' trademark. They settled out of court.

Im sure there are plenty other examples. Plus in the description it clearly markets it as "easyjet".

Mike Rowe wa soffering software services through a website that was a homophone to micrsoft.com, that's hardly the same as somebody paying homage via a license plate. That said nobody is going to buy that sh*t for ten Gs.
