As a bloke, I find non-butch lesbians - so, those which are sexy - rather appealing.

*Pause for a nice thought.*

*Not much more, baby.*

*OK, that'll do.*

Quite a few of my male friends also like it. Do women find gay men appealing?

LOL - you don't see the sexuality though do you? So therefore you are attracted physically - so IMHO, yes - straight women do fancy gay men.

There is also the element of the challenge. Gay men/women are out of reach to our straight friends, so it's a mission to pull them.

I'm gay and get a fair bit of female attention, though to be honest most people dont believe I'm gay when I tell 'em.

Hmm. Did I answer your question, or waffle on about crap?

Sorry. I meant the appeal of seeing sexy lesbian women snogging/having sex. Mmm. I just wondered whether two (or more) gay men had the same appeal with women.

so it's a myth that women like the company of gay men because they don't get all the grief they get from straight men?

Of course there is that too. However, my suggestion wasn't exhaustive!

I've always thought that straight guys find the "girl-on-girl" action appealing since it represents (on some subconscious level) 2 girls who are sooooooo horny they just couldn't wait until a guy showed up to get started. The fantasy is that once the guy shows up, all that action will eagerly be directed toward him, regardless of whether or not the girls are true lesbians or not.

On a biological/reproductive level (i.e. the hard-wiring in men's brains), women having sex together indicates arousal on their part. Female arousal is suggestive that a male will have an easier time entering the fray (so to speak) and having intercourse with one or both. His chances of passing on his genes and reproducing are increased.

Conversely, women do NOT generally find 2 guys together hot since the chances of them getting involved sexually in the action is practically nil. The hard-wiring in the female brain essentially says, "no chance of getting pregnant from this scene---pass."

BUT, whatever floats your boat!!

Some women like it... it's not as popular with women as girl-on-girl action is to men though, I can assure you of that.  Wink

Not really, no. A lot of women fall for gay men because they're (a lot of them) in touch with their feminine side, so to speak... so they actually UNDERSTAND women a lot more than most straight men do..

Also, making a gay man turn straight is quite appealing for a lot of females... I can't explain why as the thought does nothing to me and I know that if you're really gay, you simply won't do a U-turn and become straight- no matter how attractive and nice the woman is...

I have just thought of a good put-down line. A really fat-and-ugly woman comes up to you. 'Sorry, dear, I've just turned gay,' as you look at her and run.  Wow!

I also have a theory that every women should have a gay friend. Here´s why:
They can talk about how their man don´t take showers, how they are insensitive when it comes down to sex, would help them get clothes, would call them fat but it´s ok cause it´s all friends.
In the meantime we´ll be home scratching our balls, and they talking, and when she got home, she´d fell better for have beeing talking honestly to a man.

It´s a everybody win-win situation.
