I have been a fan of the Onion for many years. My favorite moment was when they ran a story about Congress threatening to leave D.C. unless they got a new capital. China Daily caught it, believed it, and ran it on their front page complete with graphics....That was classic!

I love it as well...its far and away the most popular publication here in Boulder...you can find racks of it in pretty much every building on campus here and they are pretty much all gone the day new ones are released...

Defenitely a knowing, absurb, adult comedy view. One of the best articles I think they ever did was in the issue that came out after 9.11.01 and it depicted the terrorist all dead and in the lowest rings of hell. The descriptions seemed to be taken out of Dante's Inferno and other sources and it had them NOT getting the virgins they were promised, getting constantly touched with hot flames, and so on...just like all of who saw 9/11 would wish for them.
