Sometimes if I have to get up early I turn my radio to a station that has the good old country music on in the morning, have the radio on the opposite side of the room from the bed, turn it up, and set it to turn on when I want to wake up. This way you have to get up and go over to it to make it stop. You might not be smiling, but you will be mobile pretty damn fast.
