JAGFlyer...you're no longer allowed to post. Just kidding. Rush has their place in music. I used to like them and still can listen to them but I discovered better along the way.
For me...US is always there. Ryan Adams, Son Volt, Old 97s, Rhett Miller (from the Old 97s), a local Atlanta band named Acres (I'm friends with the lead singer Tim Acres), Bee Gees (don't judge me!), Johnny Cash, and many others. Even with 4,000+ songs on the iPod I still find myself coming back to certain things.

Faithless' Insomnia is one of those all time classic tunes, along with Robert Miles; Children.
I love allsorts of music. I love everythibg from traditional Irish music to trance and dance. It depends what mood I'm in. At the moment, i'm listening to a lot of trance, to get me back in the clubbing mood when I get back to Spain.

Sirius 16 is playing Pink Floyd all WEEK! I'm in heaven.
I also very much enjoy Frank Zappa's music. Most people have only heard "Don't eat Yellow Snow" or "Valley Girl" and have never listened to his Music. Try "Deathless Horsie" on "Shut up and play your guitar" or the title cut from "Zoot Allures". He's a very misunderstood artist.
Since his death, I've substituted Joe Satriani and Stevie Vai as my guitar heros.
