Whats The Name Of This Song? Help!

Hi guys,

I need thre names of two songs for my "Music Appreciation" Project. We need to recognize the song from these sentence from the lyrics:

1). "Cause you had a bad day.... turning around"

2). "Why should we suffer in silence?"

I have no idea about the song name and the artist. Anybody here knows?
