Yawn-ee should have been arrested years ago for his horrible music.

"No one answered a call to a telephone listing for a John Christopher in Manalapan late Monday."

A meaningless sentence that the media constantly feels it must add to make itself look more serious. This world is sometimes painful to live in except if you're dumb..

I agree 100%. The only time i wanna listen to him is when i'm dead.
But something doesn't add up in their stories!!!

Yanni is a 'musician', doing bainal crap but good selling music for many years. Maybe some of his music finally went to his head or his lady finally couldn't take it any more and flipped out. Still, it doesn't excuse the accused act of being violent to a woman.

I'm going to play "devils advocate" here. Maybe he's not guilty. As usual, sides are taken before the trial (during which all sides of the story are told).

According to the article, Yanni has an injury (finger). Maybe his lady friend assaulted him and then called the cops.

Let us see what happens here.

Good Day  Smile

thank you!

i'm not condoning hitting anybody, but god only knows what actually happened...everybody freaks any time something like this happens, just because they "heard what happened"

there's 3 sides to every story: your side, my side, and the truth

let the investigators do their job before you become judge, jury, and executioner

by the way, a bunny with a pancake on it's head? freakin hilarious! makes me miss my rabbit gixxer....  cry

I don't care if he's inncent or guilty. What's funny is the idea of Yanni smackin' up his biatch.

Looks like Robert Goulet with long hair.

The only thing that would top this would be if Bigfoot, I mean John Tesh, were to do something criminal......

Bigfoot, I mean John Tesh,

I never realized how freakishly tall he is until a month or so ago when he was on Conan O'Brien.

Yanni's 'Aria' is a wonderful tune. It's worth calling BA Holidays in the UK simply to listen to it when you are put on hold.

The only 'Hold' music worthy of a place on my mp3 player.

Yawn-ee's "aria" is a rip off of the aria from the opera, Lakme by Leo Delibes.

Maybe Yawn-ee in prison isn't such a bad idea. If they wanna rough up some boneheads in the slammer or get them to confess, all they have to do is make Yawn-ee play some of his music for several hours. That should get anyone talking. Now that I think of it, maybe we can use Yawn-ee to get some of those Gitmo prisoners to talk.

I don't buy it. I've met the man, and he has a calming gentle nature about him. If the girlfriend in question is the same blonde he was with that night....? Not too sure about her.....

I'm know I'm going to get flamed for this, but I like his music....it's rare in this day and age to find a composer who writes music that actually has a melody. (However, I thought that the Aria piece was originally from Flower Drum Song...no?)

Perhaps he was listening to Prodigy's "Smack My Bitch Up" at the time of the alleged event.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Has anything leaked out about what we are making them listen to down there? If we play them Yanni, John Tesh, along with almost any hip-hop group of today those boys should be confessing in a few minutes.
