Sunny side up, over easy makes them too runny...and i mean the whole egg is runny! I want the egg whites cooked, and the yolk runny thank you very much.

Oh, and before the sad ppl on anet get to the joke, let me kill it for everyone...fertilized does not count!

Cheers

Free range for me, please! Conventional egg producers are notorious for treating chickens like absolute garbage.

As for how to cook them, I'm a fried egg man myself. My second choice would be in a tasty omelette, with a heap of tomatoes inside.  cloudnine

I won't say a word about Foie Gras.......truly despicable treatment of animals, but i'm straying off topic.

A friend's wife makes them by poaching them in bacon grease. They were the best eggs I ever had, but I'm sure a heart attack in the making.

All in all I prefer a good omelette or over easy.

i prefer my eggs flying through the air into a group of people..i hate eating them.

by the way...what are some of you thinking when you make these threads?

“Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work.”
25 ABfemme : Its called friendly general chat to be social - these sort of threads are for everyone to partake in if they want and are aimed at casual conversatio
26 Fokker Lover : I like dip eggs. I've heard that some people call them sunny side up. A little bit of grape jelly on scrambled eggs turns them green. My kids like to
27 Soylentgreen : Deviled. Chopped eggs mixed with Hellman's mayonnaise, touch of Kosciusko mustard, dash of Frank's hot sauce, salt, pepper, and a drop of L&P worceste
28 Scott2187 : calm down, i'm just curious. update of my previous post about eggs: i can eat them, but they must be accompanied by Franks Red Hot.
29 Msllsmith : Jeez... I'm getting old. I didn't get that at first.... OR..... maybe, I'm not THAT old!..... I've had enough fertilized eggs, thank you very much!!!
30 Post contains images Comorin : Poached eggs with butter? Could you kindly explain that to simpler minds I love eggs, but feel guilty about stealing a poor chicken's eggs and gobbli
31 NWADC9 : You're speakin' my language...
32 Post contains images NWOrientDC10 : Over easy is good too. I guess you're not going to be the next "Rocky". Good day Russell
33 Dc10s4ever : I like a good ham and cheese omlette, with onions and bell peppers. Or a good old fired egg always hits the spot with crispy bacon. Yum!
34 Post contains images Msllsmith : Nope! Chickens have no rights. Once they quit laying they get wacked! Another reason to not have a pet chicken..... I once had a pet rabbit. Ruined m
35 Sabena332 : Scrambled with bacon and a lot Tabasco, a perfect breakfast. Patrick
36 Duke : Searpqx, LOL I like my eggs turned into cake! Read: I don't like eating eggs as such. Too pungent for my taste.
37 Post contains images Trident3 : Soft boiled . With soldiers !
38 Post contains links and images NWOrientDC10 : Red beet eggs are pretty good, as well. http://holiday.allrecipes.com/az/PickldRdBtggs.asp Good day Russell
39 Richardnhsv : Scrambled with cheese Hard Boiled Soft Boiled Over-easy Sunny-side up Poached Scotch Eggs Deviled and Quail let's see... did i forget any... Richard
40 Post contains images DEVILFISH : Functioning, right where they are. (Just so everybody can have a break from all that cholesterol.)
41 TuffGong : scrambled forsure although omlettes aren't too far behind in the ranks.
42 YOWza : Eggs floretine baby. YOWza
43 N1120A : Free range 6 egg white omelettes (sometimes with 1 yolk thrown in) for me. I put all sorts of things in them including Bell Pepper, Fennel, Onion, Lit
44 Post contains images AirbusA346 : I can't stand eggs Tom.
45 OzarkD9S : Omlette please....with peppers and onions
46 BA : My favorites: Sunny-side up Scrambled Scrambled with cheese Soft-boiled (not too soft though) Omelette with cheese I'll also eat hard-boiled, over eas
47 Post contains images UTA_flyinghigh : If I make them myself : Sunny side up If in a hotel : Scrambled or omelette with lots of cheese ! UTA
48 Post contains images Brian_ga : scrammbled with a little cheese on them. Brian_ga
49 Kaddyuk : Too Expensive... Battery Eggs for me please!
50 Post contains images Vaporlock : Stoobie....I'm with you on the eggs!!! I like the whites of my eggs cooked....and the yolk runny so I can dip my toast into them!!!! Phyllis
51 Post contains images SkySurfer : Hey Phyllis, in the Uk we call the toast 'soldiers', but only if the toast is cut into strips! Why, i have no idea, but i've always known it as that
52 Post contains images Vaporlock : Stooby....hey that's cool! Now I can enjoy my eggs with the soildiers!!! hehe Phyllis PS....6 weeks and counting...did you see those cows!!!! Yummie!
53 SkySurfer : I saw the cows and i could've sworn i saw my x-wife in the background, but that's neither here nor there, lol. I'm getting hungry just looking at that
54 Post contains images 53Sqdn : Love goose eggs. Downside, they are 90p each on the local market. Poached is scrumptious. But, turned into a Crepe Eggs are so verso...verse...can be
55 747srule : How about in my stomach!!?
56 Raffik : Scrambled with smoked salmon- divine!
57 Comorin : This has been a most eggscellent thread, but aren't we eggshausting the topic? Looks like everyone's an eggspert on the topic of breakfast! Hard-boile
58 IRelayer : Like I enjoy all other forms of food...fried. -IR
59 Post contains images HorizonGirl : I don't. I like the taste a lot. But then I just can't stop thinking about what they are. (or where they've been for that matter ) I just can't keep
