(Real) Mincemeat Pie or Pecan. I like my pie rich and gooey. The only type of cake I really like is Carrot, where the cream cheese frosting is on about a 1:1 ratio with the cake (yes, I have a sweet tooth)

Either the family cake, which is a rich white cake with a soft white frosting and a hardened chocolate layer on top; Mexican chocolate cake, which is an oh so rich chocolate cake; or one of my improvised spice cakes with a maple frosting. Yum!

P.F. Chang's restaurant http://pfchangs.com has something called The Great Wall of Chocolate. It is amazing. It is made up of soft chocolate cake with rich chocolate icing. The outside of the cake is covered in chocolate chips and dressed with rasberry sauce. It will put anyone into a diabetic coma with its 2325 calories and 325 carbs.
