Out of all the Batman movies, who do you think was the best "Batman."

-Michael Keaton
-Val Kilmer
-George Clooney
-Christian Bale

Also, which one do you think was the best overral Batman movie?

-Batman (Tim Burton)
-Batman Returns (Tim Burton)
-Batman Forever (Joel Schumacher)
-Batman and Robin (Joel Schumacher)
-Batman Begins (Christopher Nolan)

My vote has to go for Christian Bale as the best Batman and Batman Begins as the best Batman movie. All the other one were too "comic-ky" and not a real portrayal of what the superhero would be in real life. Christopher Nolan brought reality to it and also the plot of the movie and how everything comes about is absolutely great.

What do you guys think?

The best Batman? Can there be any question? Adam West. The best batman movie? "Batman: The Movie."

I would say Keaton followed by Bale.

I agree with you. That is the one I enjoyed best.

Any news on new movies with Bale as Batman?

Best Batman: Adam West just because he was the first batman I had ever seen, even though he was over the top.

Best Movie: By far

Actually I've read that work has commenced on another one with Bale as Batman, Nolan as director and Cane as Alfred. The only bad thing is that Hans Zimmer will not be composing the soundtrack as he did in Batman Begins, which actually rocked and made the movie that much better. The details are very scarce but the new movie will come out in 2008.

Indeed! However, I'd rather have had Julie Newmar as Catwoman....

Indeed it looks as if 2008 will be the release year for the new movie and, although most of this is just rumors, it looks as if many of the same actors from Begins will be returning.

767-332ER... I'm surprised you neglected to include the original Batman movie in your choices.

Adam West was the best Batman and the best Batman movie was:

Adam West and Burt Ward, not to mention Batgirl.
Great for TV.

In the movies, closer to the Batman character as protrayed
in DC comics.

In all fairness to Michael Keaton,he was not billed
as the star.Jack Nicholson was.Keaton's Batman
role was rather suppressed in the first movie.

My choices:
Val Kilmer
Batman(1989)

I think the best Batman was Michael Keaton as Batman. (I never seen Batman Begins)

Adam West playing Batman was good to. I used to watch that show everyday after school.

Batman Forever

The only Batman movie I've got. I've seen parts of "Batman and Robin", (if that's the one with Arnold) and it sucked. Have yet to see the newst film.
