He has some good songs. I went to his concert in Minneapolis and was really disappointed and bored. He turned all his songs into 20 minutes of "oooohhh maaa maa maaa maa yoo yo yo yo." Apparently I wasn't the only one, the NY Times also agreed!

It is interesting but I see the novelty of a Conservative (is he Orthodox or Hasidic?) Jewish reggae rapper wearing off in the near future. He does own the music niche he is in though. How soon until we see "Mitch Cumstein and the Oy Vey Posse" comign to a town near you? That's when you know the 15 minutes are up.
That said, I find his music to be good but I couldn't listen to it day in and day out.

Quoting Dogchow489 (Thread starter): I can't stop listening to it, especially the last track, King without a Crown. Just wondering if anyone else has heard/seen him.
Not only have I heard of him, I narraly missed a chance to see him on Saturday night. As for King Without A Crown, it's #7, #13, #27 and #28 on the Modern Rock, Hot Digital Songs, Pop 100 and Hot 100 Billboard charts. The Youth album is #1 on the digital download chart.
Quoting CO7e7 (Reply 4): If you're into Hebrew music, i HIGHLY recommend SARIT HADDAD!!!
Also, try the song "Shirat Hasticker" or "The Sticker Song" by Hadag Nachash or "Dogfish". That's where the motto in my signature came from.
