As You may know from the thread I started many months ago now, I downloaded the IE7 Beta as soon as it came out only to find it didn't have FTP support (Which is rather important since I am most comfortable with IE's FTP setup)
Anyway, Since It didn't have FTP support, I tried a version which wasn't released to the public and it wouldn't install so I reverted back to IE 6...
Now, I just had a look at IE7s Pre-Release Beta site and found there was a new version released on March the 20th and as I'm on dialup I don't wanna download it to find it doesn't have FTP either and then uninstall it.
What I was wondering is if anyone here has downloaded it and tried the FTP feature (If there is such a thing)
Anyway, If anyone could check and tell me I'd be muchly thankful

Quoting CaptainJon (Reply 1): when you say FTP support, you mean FTP so you can upload files from within the browser?
I have CuteFTP but I hate the layout... I like the windows explorer style layout that you get in IE's FTP Function - If IE7 can't operate FTP, Then I'll just deal with using IE6
A friend of mine found this on the IE7 Beta website;
"FTP Authentication--The user is not prompted for credentials when visiting an authenticated FTP site in Internet Explorer. This is a known issue, and the workaround is to enter the credentials into the FTP URL directly; for example, ftp://username:firstname.lastname@example.org"
He is currently downloading it and is gonna check it out for me...
