I was just wondering if it's not a photoshop. Not that it's overly serious getting arrested, but I for sure didn't know that Mr. Microsoft had been!

It's genuine...It was for a stop-sign violation and he didn't have his driver's license with him.

There are a few different claims surrounding the complete details of this particular arrest. In fact, he was arrested a total of three times in the 70's -- all involving his poor driving record.
