My neighbour (former) designed the first one. This one seems to do the design justice. Nice interior as well...love the flat bottomed steering wheel that VW/Audi are putting on the top end models these days.
I just hope that the new TT will be more than just a beautiful design and that it will be a sports car that can hold its own against the competition on the track.
Quoting Cfalk (Reply 3): And what's the deal with a sports car that has front wheel drive. You can't drift in FWD. Front wheel drive is for people who don't know how to drive.
It will be available with quattro, not only FWD. I agree that sports cars should have rear wheel drive or AWD though.

It looks very nice! I don't know about the front lights though.. I liked the ones on the old one better I think, but the rest of the car looks really good! I am sure though, that the old front lights wouldn't fit this car

theoritically you can, but with very very very high difficulty, and a chance of understeer!
Though it's true FWD is for people who can't drive, for a small car, you'd probably prefer an FWD. Imagine the shaft and diffs going into a small car... you'd probably struggle finding a place underneath... I mean, I drive an '03 Cooper S, I don't really mind getting pulled instead of being pushed, but for something over 150 hp, pulling with the front isn't very pleasant, especially when you hit potholes. It's still quite a fun car to drive though!

Agree with AirxLiban! Audi's Quattro is probably one of the best AWD system, and I'd luv to see it in this car!
