By the time I got my current job, I was already sick of endless interviews, tests, and we'll call you back's with no results. I sincerely hope you have better luck.  bigthumbsup

I hear ya. The waiting game is frustrating. I wish that some HR people would have the balls to upfront tell people when they inquire about their application status that they aren't being considered, rather than "we're calling all candidates later today"; don't hear back, so call them the next day and get "we're calling all candidates later today"; don't hear back for a second day and then call them back a third time 4-5 days after your last contact and give them an earful about how poorly managed their HR department is, how inconsistent their policies are and how they should acquire the balls to be upfront with people.
