So I got into my pool with the Nano and it broke. I called Apple and told them I broke it in my pool and didn't have a replacement/warranty card. They said no problem and would replace the Nano free of charge. I wasn't even charged a replacement fee or shipping. They sent a prepaid shipping box with DHL and I get a new Nano in 2 days.
I sent in my malfunctioning 6 month old, under-warantee, PowerBook. They said it had liquid damage (not sure from what), which voided the warantee, charged me $1100 and then proceeded to take over 5 weeks to get it back to me (5 business days my ass). Glad it's going well for you, but hell, I wish they'd treated me that well.

It's called customer service and loyalty. Drew's ex has Macbook Pro 2.16 and a Mac Mini with the 23-inch Cinema HD display all on airport! So trust me Apple will replace a $200 nano for him due to his customer loyalty.
I can't wait for Apples Home Theater technology devices in late summer!
