I was pulled over for speeding once, and the cop let me go with a warning for the speeding but gave me a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt instead as a slap on the wrist I guess....
Of course I was wearing a seatbelt, but I wasn't going to argue the matter since he would probably tear up the 40 dollar ticket and give me a 200 dollar/multiple point ticket
