HAHA!  bouncy

Who is Bush gonna name head of CIA tomorrow? I think Richard Clarke could do a fine job at the post. Comments welcome!

Either KROC or ANCFlyer would do.

My guesses:

1. Harriet Miers
2. Bill O'Reilly
3. Mark Felt

It'll be Mark Felt. Based on his interview with Larry King, he's the logical choice. His answers to King's questions were really shallow at best.

Yup. I was thinking it ought to be somebody from the Nixon administration. My first idea was John Dean, but then I remembered Mark Felt on the Larry King show.  Smile  Smile

I hope you two are being sarcastic and have not forgotten the old guy is suffering pretty badly from dementia and doesn't remember much of anything these days.

OK. I just came up with a better idea:

George Herbert Walker Bush

GHWB? Talk about rehiring after "retirement".

I'd like to see Jack Bauer get the job. Even as an actor, Sutherland may have a better handle on this shit than most "professionals". Regards...jack

Nah, he didn't find crap in Al Capone's vault so I don't think he'll find Bin Laden either.

I nominate myself since I'm re-reading all the Tom Clancy novels right now. I think with my book knowledge of both the Directorates of Intelligence and Operations I am a great fit. To add to my case I don't like terrorists, I love getting juicy information secretly, and I'm already cleared for such information.

Vote for me!

I think you're forgetting about his history with the war on terror. Remember his trip to Afghanistan when he was reporting to be right in the middle of the fighting only to have it come out that he was at least 50 miles away from any combat.

Forgot about that one. I really liked when he was diagramming out the battle plans in the dirt before a ride along in a Blackhawk. I think even Ollie North was calling for his head after that one.
