Just a quick update guys...

Andes Jr. was quick to get on the airplane. The first flight was SMF to PHX. His first comment upon leaving the airplane was 'more airplane'! An a.netter has been created!

I have done well with him.

Enjoying the beach, the pool and the room.

A simple A320, and those windows are too high. The PHX-CUN leg was on the Arizona Cardinals plane.

Why am I posting, had to take care of some office business. Why, so I dont have to take care of it when I get back

Typical a.netter.

You're on vacation in a beach resort, a lot of fun is waiting outdoors... yet you choose to post on a.net.

Though it could be worse: I remember UTA_flyinghigh posting a couple of Friday's Stupid Threads during his honeymoon!  crazy

Anyway, good to see your kid has a proper  airplane  education. Big grin I don't have children of my own, but I'm trying to educate my 5-year-old sister... let's see how it goes.

Enjoy your vacation!
Carmen

Don't expect to see me around that much (if at all) -- the contact link should still work, though.

 checkmark

A.net is always running in the background.

When I was working in the USA a few weeks ago, I was posting like a maniac during office hours, one day my boss came to me and said: "Man, you are working hard all day, I always see you typing on the computer keyboard". Big grin  Silly

Ok, I'm certainly happy you are finally having the vacation you told me about a couple of months ago. I hope it's as relaxing as you want it to be. Playa del Carmen is pretty quiet. I would lie if I told you I am not envious of you, but you know I have my best wishes for your family and you in your vacation.

As I always say, be safe. Children and water needs vigilance (I'm not telling you how to be a parent). Also, the region is turning into a transit point for drugs from South America, so keep that in mind.

Give me a call if there is anything you need while here in Mexico. E-mail me for my phone number.

Check-in time again!

Everything still pretty cool. Both kids looooove the beach, and with the floaties, they have gotten pretty far with dad into the waves. And no, I dont and the kids dont leave me alone, me being the 'fun' type dad, so the kids dont go in the water w/o their dad, and thats their request.

Vacations are fun for us, but since they are still 'work', I decide to get paid a little bit and keep up with my duties. They way my time worked out, any other work I do on this vacation from today on gets paid at 1.5X, and I can certainly use the money (since its already spent!)

Anyway, this has been a great time, and if it wasnt for the beach, Andes Jr. would still be clamoring to get back on the airplane.
