Our Stupid thread for Friday is Street Signs!

Lets see where this goes! Have Fun!

My rant on street signs: "No Turns". People turn anyway and when a cop is behind a person who committed a traffic offense, they dont get pulled over...WTF?!

There is a street sign in Dawson Springs Kentucky, a town of a few thousand, pointing to the "airport" which can't handle much more than a twin Beech.

The sign has a silhouette of a 747! It cracks me up every time.

If the car's wheels stop turning, the car is at a full stop.

Not even with ABS. The wheels still go spin-stop-spin-stop-spin.  Wink

LOL dude!! I took the "G" off my local "Angus Steak Burger" sign too! Made it into the local newspaper annonymously. I wonder if I can dig up the picture, because it got deleted off my old hard drive.

That would not concern me quite so much if two young kids were not pictured on the sign...
