I apologize ahead of time if this is in the wrong forum...not really sure where this belongs. Feel free to move it.
I'm non-reving to Ireland next week. One of my ideas was to fly into SNN and take the train across to Dublin, to see the countryside. Here's my question...where's the most convienent place from SNN to get a train? I was thinking Limerick city, but I wasn't sure, so I thought I'd bring it up on here.
Anyone have any experience doing something like this? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Well, you can either go to Limerick (where I'm from incidentally), or Ennis. They are on the same road and it really just depends how busy the traffic is as to how you decide whether to go to one or the other. Here's a map...
From either one, take the train as it actually starts in Ennis and via Limerick goes on to dublin.
Either way, if you want to take the train, here's the website you need and although I'm sure you've looked already here's SNN Airport's site as well.
