Sea Ray has requested and received OK for National Guard troops to help patrol Nawlin's streets after some six people have been murdered over the past weekend. Evidently 100 troops are currently en route with an anticipated 200 more, plus backup from the State Police. WTF is going on down there?? Regards...jack

The NOPD is perhaps the most inept "big city" police department in America, for starters.
Several years ago the FBI busted a "murder for hire" ring being run by NOPD officers - while on duty.....
