For those who are going huh?...our 4th of July is coming up (your's too actually) which we celebrate as Independence Day though I think the British call it their Thanksgiving Day.

Isn't that defined as hearsay on the part of the soldier? I'm not saying to not investigate but take it for what it is right now...someone recalling what they heard someone else say happened.

If indeed these guys are guilty then hang them from the highest tree. We as Americans are supposed to be above heinous crap like they are accused of now. Obviously there are always bad apples in every bunch if that is what this one turns out to be then punish them fast and hard as an example. Until then let both sides come out in court and hopefully the truth will prevail.

BTW...the story comes from the AP but has anyone heard conformation from RTE yet?
