Made it home after a great day out - thanks to all who were there! It was nice to be able to enjoy the football together, even if it was only Nighthawk who got a result.
The meal was great, too - even being dazzled by camera flashes from all sides
Unlike most, I didn't have my camera most of the time, so only have a few photos:
UTA_FlyingHigh, USAFHummer, BMIFlyer, Trekster, Speedbirdie and Kazzie at the AVP (Hope I got the names right!).
Daz's "DSLR" at the Airport Pub
No comment needed!
Most of the participants will now be enjoying the delights of Manchester, so photos from them will probably follow tomorrow! Needless to say, Lew will have plenty of ammunition for his photoshops in future...
No trees were harmed by this message. However, several million electrons were terribly inconvenienced

Posted this on the original thread but maybe the wrong one!
I'm back home now!
I went up to level 13 from 7.30-8am, then went to the AVP from 8am-11am.
I managed to video all the inbound flights I know about, I have video of the following A.net members arriving:
Wilco737 on LH A319
Skidmarks on Euromanx DHC8
LO231 on SN Brussels Avro RJ
Kazzie/BCAL/A340600/British767 on BA A319
UTA_FlyingHigh on Ryanair 737-800
I also have footage and photos of most arrivals this morning, if you would like any of the videos please shout and I'll get them put together.
I will be editing together the above this evening hopefully so will be able to send you an MPG of your flights arriving.
I had to go home as A) it was too hot, B) I was burning up C) my hayfever was playing up big time and D) the ignorant twats on the mounds pushing me out of the way and climbing the fence in front of me as I was videoing!
Not sure if I saw any of you at the AVP this morning without realising as it was packed!
Finally, photo of Wilco737's A319 arriving from FRA:

God im so tired lol.
Meeting up with the rest, or some of the gang at 1000 at the Britania Airport hotel, lounging there for a bit, then its a bit of south side action in the afternoon.
GREAT day had by all yesterday, and a few people are red, NOT Capital146, im very red this year.
Cant wait to see all the pictures.
Wow! Someone videoed a Euromanx Dash! I'm impressed!
Well, sorry I was a party pooper for most of the day. However, the crowd I met in the late afternoon at the Airport Hotel seemed happy enough, depsite England being knocked out of the Rounders or whatever it was.
Sorry I missed BACL, maybe there'll be another meet and he hasn't been put off ever meeting an A.netter again!.
Nice to see some old friends, and nice to meet some new ones. Kaddy and UTA stand out there (wonder why that is?)
I cant remember who it was said he was coming over to the island soon, but if you PM me I'll give you my mobile number if you need some info.
And I have to complain about the heat - it is NEVER hot when I go to MAN. There was no rain, no wind, sleet or snow. It just didn't feel like the same place!
