Despite him winning 52% of the Constitutional Assembly, he is way far from the 66% needed to approve the new constitution.
I hope Bolivians realize that Morales will take them deeper into poverty just like Chavez is doing with Venezuela.
Morales is closely following Chavez's "recipe for destruction"...
