Now if she stops eating until the troops come home does that mean that we've heard the last of her incessant babble? And if she's on hunger strike do you think she'll have enough energy to come up here to Canada and bother us?

Okay, even I have to laugh at this one. It's like a few weeks ago Saddam went on a hunger strike. It started right after breakfast and ended right before dinner the same day.

All we need to make this an even better event is a Walnut tree, a field full of illegals, and, of course, Daryl Hannah. Now that would be a complete protest.

Seriously. Daryl can be up in the tree watching the illegals plant their food, which of course the other half of the protesters can't eat because they are on a hunger strike. She also can supervise the logistics of "Relay Hunger Strike." One by one, as the celebrities pass in and out of the "Cindy Sheehan Hunger Strike for a Day Hotel," they can all weep as they walk by the tons of food rotting away because they can't eat it. Then they can blame Bush for the waste of food that has happened. They then not only can demand Bush cut and run from the war, they would demand that he has to pay all the illegals for their loss of crops. It all makes sense in the liberal-whacko world.

As a bleeding heart liberal, I still think she is an idiot. She's simply a publicity whore who is doinog nothing to promote the cause of peace, only promoting herself so she can reap financial rewards from her son's death. She's using her son's death to justify all this crap in the same way Bush is using 9-11 to justify all his crap. But it doesn't matter how you package it. The crap can be delivered by a sympathetic woman or a politically savvy and unsavory president, but it is still just one big ol' heaping pile of red, white, and blue crap.

If she wants to do this hunger strike, be serious about it: DON'T EAT! You want to make a statement? Then come up with a solution! Yeah, I agree we want to bring our soldiers home. But to do so now is unfortunately going to exacerbate the problems we have already created. So unless you can offer some suggestions, shut your poping pie hole. You have the right to say what you want, but we're tired of your bitching and your cause is wearing thin on us. Shut up.
