OK.. I really the title practically defines "contradiction in terms", but freakin' hell is all I can say. Sure the guy's retarded to drop a quarter mil on a jet engine, crazy to put it in a car, and I have to question his sexual tendencies for putting in what is quite possibly the gayest car around. But as plane nuts, we do have to admire the effort.

No if only he'd put it in an old school GTO or a Hemi Charger or something worthy of such a monsterous amount of power...

Any car where floral arrangements for the dash are standard is NOT cool, no matter what options you add to it.

He probably chose the New Beetle for weight reasons; I guess he couldn't find a Yugo or a Le Car......

He should have put it in the bed of a truck.

I think it's possibly the coolest Beetle in the history of cars...including the first 96Rock Bugs.

Put wings on it and it'd take off....how much cooler can you get?

Yeah, but it's a jet powered turd....

No doubt!

I'll bet there's an engine temp guage where the flower holder goes....I got in a Beetle when my wife was looking at one and asked the salesman who the hell put a shot glass in the dashboard...they laughed and I got irritated...

Put a jet engine on it and I don't care if it's painted in floral patterns...it's freaking cool!

It's one of the more overengineered automobiles on the road today. It's got superior structural integrity due to it's shape and reinforced frame as VW needed to make sure they overcompensated for the reputation the Beetle previously had for being flimsy.

It's probably one of the safest cars on the road.....unless it has a JET ENGINE!!!!
