You hear so many stories of celebs acting as divas, it was refreshing to read an interview in one of the papers here with the above actress.

The reporter flew to California to interview her at her Malibu beach home. Due to an unfortunate mistake, the reporter was arrested by police and brought to the nearest station for questioning.

When he mentioned he was going to interview Anderson the cops changed their tune and drove him to her house.

Absolutely mortified, he arrived an hour-and-a-half late for the interview. Pamela made a joke about it and the interview began. It went so well she went way over the alloted time and even offered to drive him to LAX to catch his flight home.

How's that for class?

So because she is a celebrity, albeit a hot celeb with a huge rack, her efforts here should be called class? So she did a nice thing. Everyday people do nice things everyday and they go unrecognized. A big rack doesn't mean she should get extra special attention.

Are you sure?  Silly

Pam Anderson is an interesting one. On one hand, she often allows herself to look like a completely classless individual, particularly with her choice of men. On the other, she has done quite a few things that are rather classy and seems like a genuinely good person. Odd really.

Indeed it shouldn't, but one does have to wonder what Ms. Anderson would have acheived in life if reward was based on talent rather than the size of her tits. scratchchin

Classy compared to the selfish, spolied antics of most of her contemporaries.

I think she would be the first to say "nothing": in the same article the interviewer brought up the subject of her career. "My boobs have a career", she said, "I just tag along".

And she's been upfront and honest about her Hep C, which could have turned her into a pariah.

The more I know of this woman the more I like her.

Actually I have to say that this is quite a nice thing to do. Usually alot of celebs are completely stuck up and do not often go out of their way for you, so when they do....its a nice surprise!!

If true, then a pretty healthy attitude to have and credit to her for recognising the fact. Some "celebrities" are so full of themselves they wouldn't spot the truth if it fell on them from 50ft.

I tend to prefer celebs that are self-deprecating (regardless of the size of their tits!)

Dude, she was niceto a reporter doing an interview about her. Maybe joking with him about his ordeal and taking him to the airport will get her a good spin in the article. Its not like she threw on an apron and served food in a soup kitchen or spent a few days working for Habitat for Humanity. That might be considered "classy".

Don't know about you, but I've lost count of the number of times I've read interviews with celebreties where the interviewer has been kept waiting, sometiemes hours, for a pre-arranged interview with barely an excuse or apology. The interviewer is given an allotted time, and at the end of the hour, or whatever, the secretary/publicist will knock on the door signalling the end of the interview, and the interviewer us ushered out immediately.

I've never heard of a celebrity being kept waiting for an hour and a half and not throwing a tantrum or being cool, then extending the inteview over the alloted time and then offering to drive the interviewer to the airport. Have you?

That's class: working in soup kitchens is charity.

Two friends of mine actually have met her. It was here in Victoria, in a craft store. Both of them said that she was really nice about giving autographs, and getting pictures with both my friends. They asked her why she was there, and she said that she was buying easter egg painting kits for her child(ren?).

She was born here on the island, in a small town. Of course, now, every small town in that area claims she was born there, but she was born in fact in Ladysmith BC.

That's right, she's an infected babe with disgustingly fake tits who works with PETA.

And it's in the best interests of her fading "career" to be nice to interviewers.

This is all speculation. There is one fact and one fact alone that sits above all else regarding this "classy" act of hers:

We'd all still hit that.

Working in a soup kitchen is still a class act. Oh, and just becuase a celeb doesn't yell and throw a fit at a reported is hardly a reason to idolize them. What, we now give credit to people for acting normally? I'd hate to see your standards on whats an actual bad act.

There are enough of those around and you don't need me to tell you who they are. Class is all about good manners and how you treat other people.

And you can work in a soup kitchen and still be a bitch.

BINGO!

She's old news, so it's certainly not a bad idea to do something somewhat gracious to endear yourself with a sympathetic reporter.

There is a very low incidence of Hepatitis-C being transmitted through sexual contact. It is much more of a blood borne disease than HIV, for example. That is why she blamed sharing a tattoo needle with Tommy Lee as the cause, and not a decade or so of sleeping with him.

Although I'm sure there were plenty of other critters and nasty stuff that went back and forth in that manner as well.

I saw the VH1 Behind the Scenes on Motley Crue, hehe....

43 Braybuddy : There you go. She's damned if she does and damned if she doesn't. Obviously. Ever thought of trying San Francisco?
44 Newark777 : Not really. I just hate PETA. Nope. Harry
