Experience With Nokia PC Suite

I just recently purchased Nokia PC Suite with its USB lead. I connect my phone and I keep getting the message "Connection Lost". I have restarted a numerous of times and all in all I have managed to get 3 pictures off my phone onto my PC. That's 3 out of 100 times try.
Sometimes It will transfer, but only half way. And it's like the connection just "dies". I don't know what could be wrong, I just want the pictures off my phone onto my PC! By the way, it's a NOKIA 3220.

Have you checked out www.howardforums.com? I have gotten some good info about things related to cell phones there...and I think they have some folks who have experience with this software who frequent their forums.
