From time to time there are more optimistic news emerging regarding Iran-
As it became known this morning,Tehran seems to accept the proposed delivery of a modern,ligh-water nuclear reactor and finds proposals to stop nuclear-enrichment proccedures as "acceptable basis for dicusssions".
The Iranians would accept to operate under supervision of the international atomic control unit in Vienna.

Wow - now that's a surprise; it's been so long since the package was put together, I had all but expected it to disappear like the other proposals before it!

I'm certainly keeping my fingers crossed that this proposal will work out.
