I am a pretty big auto enthusiast, but as for car companies, Honda takes the cake. Their products are state of the art, reliable, comfortable and have very high build quality! My '93 Accord Coupe has over 90,000 miles on it, and no major problems or hassles with it at all. And it's in beautiful condition.

I think that BMW is one of my favorite ones. BMW actually started out in the 20's building aircraft engines! The reasons I like them are for 1, cars are at all prices ranges. The 3 series are fairly cheap, and they can go all the way up to the new Z8 Roadster, a 130,000 ultimate driving machine. The design artists always come up with stunning new looks and interiors, and the cars are fast, which is a winner.

Ferrari
BMW
Mercedes
Nissan
VW

Hey -
How has your 900 been reliability-wise? I've heard bad things about SAAB, from build quality to break-downs, and am wondering about the perspective from a true owner. What year is your car, and what, if any, problems have you had?

I like the European branch of the GM group: Opel.
I have an Opel Corsa and I'm looking forward to buy an Astra SW.
Now even Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Lancia are involved in the GM family and next Fiat and Opel medium sedans will be based on a common platform, sharing also the engines.
Regardless of the cost my fav are Ferrari, Alfa Romeo and the big Off road.
