Without a doubt mine is Thats Amore. Just ate there again last night during a date in Sterling Va. and once again ordered their Giambotto, I cannot get enough of it. Such great food, if you are ever in the D.C area, I would put it on the list of things to do.

This place in West Orange, NJ. Called Piccolo's Italian Resturante...It's in a horrible part of town, but its amazing, authentic food. No lasagna or pizza, real Italian food.
I usually get the chicken arribiatta with hot peppers and cheese as an appetizer.

The Inn at Little Washington. In Rappahannock County west of DC. One of only 2 or 3 four star restaurants in the DC area. Incredibly expensive, so where we usually dine is the following rotation, in no particular order.
Famous Dave's BBQ
Mike's American
Southside 815
Sweetwater Tavern
Capitol City Brewing Co.
McCormick & Schmicks
Wrap Works
Oceanaire Seafood Room

Harrods Knightbridge, London- the Georgian restaurant:
"Under the splendour of the original Art Nouveau skylight, Harrods' flagship restaurant offers a buffet, classic carvery and à la carte menu (noon to 3pm); as well as a glorious afternoon tea (from 3.45pm) with finger sandwiches, patisserie, scones and clotted cream."
Also a small Italian restaurant in Surrey where I sort of know the owners, some of the most hospitable people I have ever met. The food is also elegant but with generous portions unlike the finger rubbish some places serve you,
Thanks,
Sam

My favorite hang out here in York is a local place downtown called the White Rose Grille.
They make this hot crab/cheese dip that is served over a soft pretzel! Yum!
Then they make this entree called Bistro Tenderloin Marsala.
It's an 8oz beef tenderloin, roasted on a pit, then sliced and served with a Marsala sauce with mushrooms and rosemary. Double Yum!!
Then there's the martini and cosmo menu. A few of their cosmos and you really wouldn't care what the food tasted like!! Yum! Yum! (burp) Yum!
Don't even get me started on the desserts!
Russ
My glass is neither 1/2 empty nor 1/2 full, rather, the glass itself is twice as big as it should be.

For some reason I am partial to Olive Garden. Great salad and breadsticks.
Back where I used to live in RFD Old Chicago Pizzeria.
I wish UA flew mainline to MYR, that way you wouldn't be stuck in a smelly Saturn for 12 hours.
