Okay, I exaggerate slightly. While having nothing better to do than clear out old rubbish, I came across six old airline tea/coffee spoons which ended up in the bin with everything else.

Then I remembered why they were in the house in the first place. I was obviously interested enough to nick them at the time, so I fished them out and reckoned there'd be someone else who might like them. Some of them are probably collectors' items, if you collect that sort of thing.

They are, from left to right, Virgin; two Aer Lingus (70s logo); Dan-Air (now THERE'S a blast from the past!); SAA (80s) and TWA (70s logo on back).

So if anyone out there would like them IM me and I'll send them on. Doesn't matter where you live, but I'd prefer them to go to someone starting-off or with a small collection, rather than a professional collector. Just give me some details.

So, instead of the dustbin, the spoons are now getting new homes in the UK and Canada!
