Venezuela was a shock! I think they can recover though. Serbia and Montenegro was too. Brazil is not so much a surprise, remember that in the South American Championships in Venezuela they barely beat Argentina on a last second shot, but it was Argentina 'C': no Ginobilli, Nocioni, Hermann, Oberto, etc. They are good but not one of the top teams.
I think right now Spain and the United States are the top contenders, even if USA did not play super hot. Argentina would be the other one, but I'm a little concerned that they have won so many tournaments recently, like Brazil in the World Cup, they might not be so motivated. I hope I'm wrong!
