That video has been doing the rounds for a while, I don't think it originates from the Hizbullah or the recent conflict in the Lebanon. I agree with Miamiair, the first helo looks remarkably like a Mil Mi-8 or perhaps a Mi-17.

Even the communists allow more freedom to practice personal beliefs (something fundamental for many). The gender issue is another one. Yes, the UAE government does block certain website - as far as I know, none are political, the websites they block are all pornographic because under the laws of the UAE pornography is illegal. The same applies in many Gulf countries.

Only one Islamic society is based on laws that belong in the middle ages, and that is Saudi Arabia. In almost all Muslim-majority areas, the governments of Muslim states allows non-Muslims to freely practice, even if some extremists try to stop this. I live in Qatar, for example, and there are three or four churches there - nobody harasses non-Muslims for practicing their relgion. In Jordan, you can hear the church bells and call to prayer at the same time, as is the case in Palestine, Lebanon and Syria - the only countries, IMO, that have a real problem with allowing others to practice their faith freely are Iran and Saudi Arabia.
I never said I hated you, Miami, but what I hate is how you generalize about Islam so freely - extremists do not represent the majority, and just because some idiots have taken our religion and interpreted it to suit their needs does not mean that all Muslims are like that.
