I've always wondered and never knew how to, how do you take a screenshot and post it, as if in a thread?

i've seen it done before and its pretty interesting.

Thanks.

I just do a "Print Screen" and then save it in Power Point as a .jpg image. Load it to photobucket (or where ever you have your online images) and there you go.

You could always print it out on the printer, and then tape it to your screen...

I do the same using IrfanView. I put the screen the way I want it to look, preferably without the mouse cursor, hit "Print Screen", open IrfanView, hit Ctrl+V, resize the image if need be, save it and upload it to Photobucket. That's it.

That's actually more than just a joke. There are programmes that let you print to e.g. JPEG just like you can print to PDF. I have installed one on my PC in Heidelberg, but I can't remember the name. Neat little option, even if it has yet to come in handy.

FSSreen is the most versatile and hassle free prog. And you can hit Prnt Scrn as many times as you want without having to paste each image separately.
