It will help to get your last night's dinner back up. Drink plenty of water now.

It really helps! A friend and me did the same on the weekend, we drunk a bottle of water before we went to bed at 8am in the morning, no hangover when we woke up at 3:29pm to watch Bundesliga.  bigthumbsup

I can never eat when hungover, I can only drink water. Seeing or smelling food makes me sick...

Clearly you have what is known as a "lightweight's hangover".

If you had a proper hangover you wouldn't be able to even look at a computer screen let alone type coherent sentences. and half an hour after you first posted the topic you are still posting  Wink

Better yet, drink Gatorade (or Lucozade for you Brits). Something with electrolytes lets you retain more water which is exactly what your body needs when you are drunk or hungover.

Best thing indeed is to drink sport drinks, wich doesn't only lets you retain more water, but also gives you the energie boos that the alcohol took out of you!

No, he's right. The best way to avoid a hangover is to simply stay drunk.

Throughout my adolescent life, I've come to the conclusion that their are two things you can do to solve a hangover.

1)Drink 1 glass of orange juice, and 2 glasses of water. Drop an advil and a gravol and get at least 7 hours of sleep. You should be good to get rip roaring drunk again!

2)Drink 5 beers within an hour when you wake up hungover. The first beer may be difficult at first...but you'll be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Soon enough you'll be ready to go all over again. But beware....the hangover that follows will be double as bad....but it's worth the trade off. I did it 7 days in a row in Punta Cana...and sobered up 3 days later.

Cheers

Gatorade and ibuprofen. Better yet, replace the Gatorade with Pedialyte. Expensive and tastes funky, but the stuff really works.

Anyone else notice that ther is eleven hours between their posts? Perhaps Kaddyuk was more than hungover and actually passed out and not able to get to the pc to post a rebuttal in here...

So which one is the lightweight?
