I just watched the last episode of Bad Lads Army: Extreme and I got to admit I cried. It was emotional watching those guys go through 4 weeks intensive training for the Paras and then be reunited with their families.

What was the last thing made you cry?

They became totally different people and each one regretted their past, especially when they were confronted with WWII veterans and their stories.

I actually can't remember for sure the last time I cried. The last time I definitely remember was about 4 months ago, a 10 minute blub in the privacy of my own home, then was able to get on with life as normal again.

For me, when it happens, it tends to be a result of things having built up in my mind over the course of days or weeks, rather than a sudden reaction. It doesn't happen often, and it's always in private, but afterwards I feel all the better for it and slightly more sane again! It's all completely healthy to me.

If you were a Chicago Cubs fan, you would know that Steve Bartman (a fan in the stands) interfered with a batted ball which cost the Cubs a chance to go to the World Series.
