Given that the price of a barrell of oil has fallen recently it shouldn't really be a surprise.

Brent Crude (London) - $59.08
West Texas Intermediate (New York) -$60.08

The price of 87 octane down the street this morning was $2.099

Diesel is still higher, probably due to the making of heating oil for the winter.

We're still at $2.80 for gas, and about three bucks and change for diesel.

I just paid 2.71 a gallon at the Bragaw Costco in Anchorage.

Like I said, it usually takes a bit longer from what I have experience for our prices here to go down but they go up a bit later.

Alaska's dirtly little secret is that most of our gasoline comes up from Seattle. Mainly diesel is refined here. I think the barge time accounts for most of the price lag.

Toronto is ranging from about 0.74 to 0.90 a litre for regular... There are a couple ripoffs out there too, still over 1.00 a litre, but 78-80 seems to be the average now.

New Orleans is 2.28 for regular and 2.48 for the good stuff. Still, nothing compared to what gas was when I moved here over 2 years ago and even more annoying compared to when I paid 0.92 in California 8 years ago.
